The Road to A Sale Step 3 - Vehicle Selection

This part of the sales process continues with the information gathered from the previous step of Fact Finding and Discovery.

Then moves into seeing and touching the vehicle. Models, trim levels and options are discussed while trying to determine what the customer’s wants, needs or must haves that will influence their decision to purchase a vehicle.
